• Hosting Provider – Amazon AWS
• In-App Purchases - RevenueCat, Apple, Google

International Transfers

In the course of delivery of services, as a processor, Actionary transfer personal information to a number of countries using the following safeguards.

• New Zealand – Adequacy
• America – Standard Model Clauses
• Nicaragua – Standard Model Clauses
• Romania – Within the European Union
• Ireland – Within the European Union
• China – Delivery details only are sent to China for medals that are shipped direct from the factory. This occurs only in a limited set of medals/circumstances
